Obverse description : Allégorie de l’éloquence debout à gauche, plaidant, tenant de la main gauche les tables de loi posées sur une colonne. Au pied de la colonne la lampe de la vérité posée sur deux codes signé PINGRET F. et C..

Reverse legend : CONSEIL / DE L’ORDRE / - / M.R RAYMOND POINCARE / ANCIEN BÂTONNIER / ELECTION DE / 1932.

Reverse description : dans un écusson à quatre cuirs posé au centre d’une couronne d’olivier.
