Confidentiality and data processing - Our commitments


General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - May 2018

We inform you that our customers' personal data will be treated in accordance with the principles of transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, while respecting the obligations and guarantees established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In order to comply with the above regulations, we have updated our privacy policy:

Purpose of processing
: We process the information you send us in order to provide you with the service requested, to send you messages concerning the products purchased or similar and to issue an invoice for it.

Nature of the data processed
: The personal data that we will process are your identification, consultation and item purchase data as well as your delivery address so that we can track and deliver your orders.

Retention period
: The data provided will be retained as long as the business relationship is maintained or during the period corresponding to legal obligations.

Authentication: We process your data only if we have your free and informed consent, and always in accordance with the purposes described.

Recipients: We will not transfer the data you provide to us to third parties unless there is a legal obligation.
If in order to carry out the necessary functions mentioned for the provision of services, your data may be processed by third parties who will be responsible for processing and who will be obliged to meet their legal obligations as data controller, to preserve confidentiality and secrecy of information.

Your rights :
You are the owner of the following rights concerning your personal data:

The data concerning you

Create your account on cgb.fr
Creating an account allows you to order on our site and participate in private sales. Registration on our site is absolutely not necessary to consult the navigation and consultation of the archives.
Your email will be used to send you messages related to your account and your orders on cgb.fr. It will never be transmitted to partner companies without your consent with the exception of the transport companies (also committed to preserving the confidentiality of your data) to inform you of the follow-up of your parcel.

Apart from sending your orders, your postal address may only be used to occasionally send you a catalogue related to your collection theme.

No personal information (name, address...) is ever sold and transmitted to outside companies.

Subscribe to newsletters

Subscribing to our newsletters is free and without commitment of duration. You can unsubscribe at any time on the site cgb.fr or through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter received. Only a valid email address is required to subscribe to our mailing lists.

Right of rectification and deletion
All personal information we hold for you is accessible on your member interface through the email/pseudo and password chosen at the time of your registration.

Anonymous information used
