Exemplaire sur un petit flan épais, parfaitement centré des deux côtés. Très joli droit, de haut relief et d’un style particulier. Revers inhabituel. Très belle patine de collection ancienne avec des reflets dorés. Conserve encore la plus grande partie de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

Représentation inhabituelle du revers avec une répétition à l’identique du monogramme (BE) tous les deux ornés d’un globule. C’est peut-être une erreur. Normalement le premier monogramme pointé est accompagné d’une abeille ou d’une mouche dans tous les ouvrages décrits. La répétition du monogramme est peut-être le résultat d’une mauvaise interprétation du graveur ? Lion légèrement stylisé de toute beauté avec tous les détails de la crinière visibles.
Unusual representation of the reverse with an identical repetition of the monogram (BE) both decorated with a globule. This may be an error. Normally the first dotted monogram is accompanied by a bee or a fly in all the works described. The repetition of the monogram is perhaps the result of a misinterpretation by the engraver?
