Ce type rappelle au revers que la Sicile (Trinacrie) comporte trois pointes (cap) que rappellent chacune des jambes aux pieds ailés qui sont une référence indiscutable à Hermès. Semble de la plus grande rareté. R. Calciati avait recensé seulement huit exemplaires.
