Antoine Eugène Genoud se fait appeler “de Genoude” après avoir reçu ses lettres patentes de Louis XVIII. Né à Montélimar en 1792 et mort en 1849, il est un séminariste, professeur de droit au lycée Bonaparte et élu Député de la Haute-Garonne.
