Reverse description : Aigle bicéphale surmontée de trois couronnes impériales ; dans ses serres le globe et le sceptre ; sur sa poitrine l'écusson aux armes de Moscou (saint Georges à cheval, à droite). Autour de l'écu la grande chaîne de l'Ordre de Saint-André. De part et d'autre de la queue de l'aigle : H-K.
