Commentary


Dans la nouvelle édition de l’ouvrage d’O. Hoover (HGCS 3/1, n° 958) ce type est attribué à Alexandre IV, le fils posthume d’Alexandre le Grand et de Roxane. Ce type particulier attribué à Salamine de Chypre aurait été frappé sous l’autorité de Nicocréon, dernier roi de Salamine (331-311 avant J.-C..
