The gens Roscia is a plebeian family of Rome, many of whose members attain high office. Lucius Roscius Fabatus is legate of the thirteenth legion in Gaul with Caesar in 54 BC. He is praetor in 49 BC and is killed at the battle of Mutina in 43 BC.
