Obverse description : Scène de baptême délivré par un ange pour une mère et son enfant et de première communion et confirmation par un autre ange pour deux catéchumènes, le tout surmonté par le Saint-Esprit rayonnant. Signé A. BORREL.

Commentary
La médaille, conservée dans un écrin bleu timbré en lettres dorées J. H. entourées d’une frise avec un intérieur en feutrine et soie écru, a été décernée à Jean Hulot.
