Très beau portrait sur un flan large. A été nettoyé anciennement. Exemplaire avec une jolie patine de médaillier et des reflets dorés. Revers bien venu à la frappe. Monnaie ayant conservé une partie de son brillant de frappe malgré un coin rouillé

Lucius Procilius seems to be the historian, a contemporary of Cicero. He could be identified with the tribune of the plebs of 56 BC, accused by Clodius two years later of violence and condemned.
