Commentary

Dimensions : 40*32 mm

Cet exemplaire, de forme ronde, s’ouvre et permet de placer une monnaie 20 francs Or (diamètre : 22,5 mm).

A l’intérieur le motif de la barrière et des oiseaux en négatif. L’emplacement pour mettre la pièce est de couleur doré tirant sur le vert, il est décoré de traits formant une rosace.

Sur la bélière, les initiales du fabricant NC et un poinçon “charançon”, sur le rebord à l’intérieur deux poinçons “charançon” dans un rectangle symbole des ouvrages d’importation depuis 1893. Sur le bouton pression le poinçon d’orfèvre des frères Hugeunin.
Dimensions: 40 x 32 mm. This round coin holder opens to hold a 20-franc gold coin (diameter: 22.5 mm). Inside, the design features a barrier and birds in negative relief. The coin slot is a greenish-gold color decorated with lines forming a rosette. The bail bears the manufacturer's initials, NC, and a weevil hallmark. On the inner rim are two weevil hallmarks within a rectangle, a symbol of imported goods since 1893. The snap fastener bears the maker's mark of the Hugeunin brothers.
