Manque comme type à Feuardent. Il est probable que la ville représentée au revers soit la Valteline, occupée en 1623 par les soldats du pape, pro-espagnols. En février 1623, la France s'allie avec la Savoie et Venise pour récupérer la région, mais ce n'est qu'en novembre 1624 que Richelieu fait occuper la Valteline.
