La modernité du type de revers est incroyable pour un jeton au poinçon abeille donc au mieux antérieur à 1880.
Historical background
MINES AND FORGES
The numismatics of the mines was the subject of a study by Jules Florange in 1904. The latter listed the numismatic material relating to the mines: medals, tokens of attendance, tokens of necessity or fiduciary coins, tokens of the superintendents of the mines. Another remarkable work is the work of the Association of Coin Collectors in 1999.
