Exemplaire sur un flan épais avec un manque de métal au revers à 5 heures. Beau buste de Macrin avec un petit trou derrière la tête (contremarque ?). Jolie représentation au revers. Patine noire granuleuse

Mêmes coins que l’exemplaire de la collection Lindgren, n° 2187, pl. 87. Même coin de droit que l’exemplaire reproduit dans l’ouvrage de D. Sear, Greek Imperial Coins, (GIC., p. 280, n° 2956). Un seul ruban visible. Semble de la plus grande rareté. Ère particulière où l’an 254 correspond à 217.
