Exemplaire sur un flan épais, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis complets. Beau portrait, finement détaillé. Joli revers, bien venu. Très belle patine vert jade clair

LEO VI THE WISE

Leo VI, Basil's second son, eventually succeeded him in 886. Nicknamed the "Philosopher", he completed the legal work begun by his father, which he published under the generic term Basilica. These works were written in Greek and used throughout the medieval period. His son, Constantine VII, was associated with power in 908 and came to power, a minor, in 913, after the death of Alexander VI, brother of Leo VI..
