Exemplaire sur un flan ovale et épais, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Beau portrait, avec une faiblesse de frappe sur la légende. Joli revers, bien venu à la frappe. Belle patine vert foncé, légèrement granuleuse

Leo VI, Basil's second son, eventually succeeded him in 886. Nicknamed the "Philosopher", he completed the legal work begun by his father, which he published under the generic term Basilica. These works were written in Greek and used throughout the medieval period. His son, Constantine VII, was associated with power in 908 and came to power, a minor, in 913, after the death of Alexander VI, brother of Leo VI..
