Cette médaille est frappée sur un flan régulier. Usure limitée aux reliefs les plus hauts. Du brillant de frappe est encore largement présent autour des lettres des légendes

On January 12, 1734, Clement XII carried out a monetary reform relating to the divisional coins, reducing the weight of the giulio and grosso, which is commemorated by a coin which takes up the Latin formula "Aere, Argento, Auro, Flando Feriundo", that of the monetary triumvirs of the ancient roman republic.
