Reverse description : Le soleil éclairant une campagne, à gauche un berger jouant de la flute, une chèvre couchée devant lui ; à droite des vaches et un veau à la mamelle, un chien regroupant le troupeau, un arbre lui faisant de l’ombre.

Commentary

Il faut noter que le titre complet de cette manufacture, ouverte en 1727 et fermée en 1829, précisait cuirs de Russie.
Ce droit et ce revers ont probablement été reproduit par galvanoplastie. L’intérieur du droit et du revers est évidé....
