Antoine Louis François Lefèvre de Caumartin, marquis de Saint-Ange, comte de Moret, né à Paris le 29 juillet 1725 à Saint Nicolas des Champs a eu une carrière bien remplie : conseiller au Grand conseil en 1746, Maître des requêtes de 1749 à 1744, président au Grand Conseil en 1751, intendant de Metz en 1754, intendant de Flandre de 1756 à 1778, chancelier de l’Ordre de Saint Louis en 1771, prévot des marchands de Paris en 1778.
