De 1924 à 1935, suite à l’impopularité de la famille règnante, est instaurée la seconde République Hellenique. Malgré les réformes d’Elefthérios Venizélos, la République est aussi victimee d’une forte instabilité. En 1935, suite à un plébiscite contesté, Georges II, fils de Constantin, revint sur le trône..
From 1924 to 1935, following the unpopularity of the ruling family, the Second Hellenic Republic was established. Despite the reforms of Eleftherios Venizelos, the Republic also suffered from significant instability. In 1935, following a disputed plebiscite, George II, son of Constantine, returned to the throne.
