Quatrième pièce de 2 Euro commémorative circulante de la Grèce. Cette 2 Euro célèbre un des événements les plus célèbres de l’Antiquité grecque, la Bataille de Marathon. Celle-ci eut lieu en 490 av.J.C lors de la première guerre médique et opposa les Athéniens aux Perses.
