Obverse description : Tête masculine à droite, ornée d’une coiffure particulière ; légende ibérique devant le visage.

Reverse description : Animal hybride à droite, composé d'un protomé de cheval ailé et d'une queue de reptile (?) enroulée sur elle-même ; légende ibérique à l'exergue.
Commentary
Les légendes du droit et du revers sont partiellement hors flan. Au droit, la tête est d'un style différent de celle du bronze n° 529 de MONNAIES XXV. Cet exemplaire a une sorte de bonnet dont l'extrémité retombe sur le dessus de la tête.

This people who occupied most of the departments of Aude and Hérault is mentioned neither by Ptolemy, nor by Strabo, nor by Caesar. Their coinage is known to us only by the treasures of Béziers (Hérault) discovered in 1871 and which contained between 750 and 800 coins of Languedoc style as well as that of Moussan in the Aude, discovered in 1967 and which contained 28 drachmas of style " Languedocian".
