Ce rare bronze ne présente que deux des quatre lettres qui encadrent le cou au droit, mais il a l’extrême avantage de présenter, dans leur intégralité, les deux légendes de part et d’autre de la ligne d’exergue, dont celle qui manquait à P. A. Boudard. L’enseigne militaire avec un animal semble être moins courant en Espagne qu’en Gaule. La nature de l’animal est incertaine, entre loup et sanglier. (cf. LA TOUR II, 4484, 5026, 5072-5076). On note un grènetis au droit et un listel au revers.
This rare bronze only has two of the four letters that frame the neck on the obverse, but it has the extreme advantage of presenting, in their entirety, the two legends on either side of the exergue line, including the one that was missing from PA Boudard. The military ensign with an animal seems to be less common in Spain than in Gaul. The nature of the animal is uncertain, between wolf and wild boar. (cf. LA TOUR II, 4484, 5026, 5072-5076). We note a beading on the obverse and a listel on the reverse
