Traces de casses de coulée très importantes. Portrait mal centré, mais profil complet, beau revers. Patine noire

Obverse description : Tête stylisée à droite, la chevelure en grosses mèches.

Reverse description : Cheval sexué, à gauche ; au-dessus, A renversé ; au-dessous, (trois) annelets posés un (et deux) (sur une double ligne d’exergue rainurée).
Commentary
Cette monnaie avec la tête à droite est rare ; représentée par 4 exemplaires à la BN en 1889, elle est absente de tous les autres musées consultés, si ce n’est le Musée de Zürich, dont l’exemplaire est décentré au droit et complète parfaitement le nôtre. L’exemplaire de la page 468 de la RN 1908 a la tête à droite, mais les annelets du revers sont posés deux et un (cf. MONNAIES XV n°410), alors que celui-ci, comme l’exemplaire Zürich 469, semble avoir les annelets posés un et deux, comme sur la grande majorité de ces monnaies.
