Commentary
Class III has a reverse comparable to that of Class II, but with a right-handed head on the obverse. The crescents give way to a large ringlet pointed in front of the mouth, surrounded by two or three smaller ringlets. This example, on a wide blank, and of a less fine style than for the bronze bga_239254, is close to the examples of class IV
