Obverse description : Tête ceinte d’un bandeau à gauche, la chevelure indiquée par trois mèches, le cou par trois petits traits.

Reverse legend : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Reverse description : Sanglier enseigne à droite, la queue recourbée ; motif en forme de goutte renversée posé au centre de la ligne d'exergue et accosté de deux petits arcs de cercle au bout des pattes du sanglier.
Commentary
Le droit des classes Ic3-4 comporte un bandeau torsadé. Le sanglier du revers est tourné à droite.
La classe Ic3 n’offre que très peu de différence avec la classe Ie2.

The Leuques are mentioned only once in the Gallic Wars. Their neighbors were the Médiomatriques, the Lingons and the Séquanes. The Leuques as well as the Séquanes and the Lingones provided Caesar with wheat when the Roman army stopped at Vesontio (Besançon) to refuel before facing the Germans of Ariovistus (58 BC).
