Exemplaire sur un petit flan bien centré des deux côtés. Beau buste du roi au droit. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Patine gris foncé de collection ancienne

Reverse description : Buste diadémé, barbu et drapé à droite vu de trois quarts en avant .

Commentary

Poids léger. L’ancre placée derrière le buste du roi n’est pas sans rappeler celle qui orne les monnaies séleucides, moyen de signaler l’ancienneté et la filiation des monarques du royaume d’Élymaïde. Sur notre exemplaire la date ne semble pas lisible. Le visage au revers est stylisé.
