Obverse description : Buste barbu lauré et drapé d’Élagabal à droite avec une petite corne, vu de trois quarts en avant (A*01).

Obverse translation : “Imperator Cæsar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Pius Augustus, (L’empereur césar Marc Aurèle Antonin pieux auguste).

Reverse

Reverse legend : P M TR P IIII COS III P P/ */ S|C.

Reverse description : Élagabal lauré et drapé debout de face tourné à gauche, tenant verticalement une branche de cyprès de la main gauche et une patère de la main droite, sacrifiant au-dessus d'un autel allumé.

Reverse translation : “Pontifex Maximus Tribunicia Potestate quartum Consul tertium Pater Patriæ”, (Grand pontife, revêtu de la quatrième puissance tribunitienne, consul pour la troisième fois, père de la patrie).
