Oum Kalsoum ou Oum Kalthoum (1898-1975) est une chanteuse,musicienne et actrice égyptienne. Surnommée l'« Astre d'Orient », elle est considérée, quarante ans après sa mort, comme la plus grande chanteuse du monde arabe.
