Médaille conservée dans une boîte cartonnée dans les tons écru, représentant le trajet du vol spatiale Vostok 1, avec un intérieur en feutrine bleue sombre et un ruban bleu clair.
Vostok 1 est le premier vol spatial habité de l'histoire spatiale et la première mission du programme Vostok.
