Commentary

Monnaie particulièrement rare (50 francs dans le Boudeau) provenant d’un dépôt monétaire trouvé au XIXe siècle qui contenait un autre gros tournois similaire, mieux conservé et ayant été vendu dans MONNAIES 61, sous le n° 517, à 2450 euros sur une offre de 3150 euros. Il a reçu huit offres. L’exemplaire de Monnaies 61 était vendu avec deux empreintes en cire réalisées sur une fiche de l’institution Sainte-Marie de Riom remplie le 12 octobre 1892 (fiche d’un élève de seconde, “Vernay Hervé”).
Particularly rare coin (50 francs in the Boudeau) from a monetary deposit found in the 19th century which contained another similar large tournois, better preserved and having been sold in MONNAIES 61, under the n° 517, at 2450 euros on a bid of 3150 euros. It received eight bids. The copy of Monnaies 61 was sold with two wax impressions made on a card from the Sainte-Marie institution in Riom completed on October 12, 1892 (card of a second-year student, “Vernay Hervé”)
