Exemplaire décerné à Alain Poher (1909-1996), président d’honneur, par l’association nationale des officiers honoraires en 1992. Alain Poher a été résistant, sénateur, secrétaire d’Etat, président du Parlement européen ainsi que du Sénat, puis par intérim Président de la République française suite à la démission de Charles de Gaulle, et à la mort de Georges Pompidou.
Renée Mayot, née le 13 septembre 1947 à Avançon (Ardennes), est une médailleuse française.
