Nombreux petits chocs sur la tranche et les listels. Usure régulière. Restes de couleur jaune mais du brun recouvre une bonne partie des champs et des reliefs

Obverse description : Écu couronné et écartelé à cinq quartiers aux 1 et 4 de Castille, aux 2 et 3 de Léon, sur le tout petit écu de Bourbon et entouré des colonnes d'Hercule avec un bandeau inscrit PLUS - ULTRA.
Obverse translation : (roi d'Espagne et des Indes).

Reverse description : Écu du Brésil couronné entre deux branches.
Commentary
Étonnant jeton de jeu (?) apparemment du milieu du XIXe siècle et frappé avec un droit espagnol et un revers pour le Brésil.

BRAZIL - EMPIRE OF BRAZIL - PETER II
(1831-1889)
Peter II (1825-1891) is the eldest son of Peter I of Braganza and Leopoldine of Habsburg. His father abdicated in his favor in 1831. Pierre II married Thérèse de Bourbon in 1843. He had to face the wars against Argentina (1851-1852) and Paraguay (1865-1870). The abolition of slavery in 1888 sounded the death knell for the Brazilian monarchy. Peter II was overthrown in November 1889. He died two years later in exile.
