Grand in-fol° (32 x 46 cm), tome I, 358 planches ; tome II, 315 planches ; supplément, 98 pl. Reliure en cuir avec dos à sept nerfs et motifs dorés sur tranche et coiffes légèrement abîmées. Intérieur assez frais avec d’infimes taches. Ouvrage spectaculaire pour l’époque, avec de nombreuses gravures sur cuivre de qualité réalisé par Valentin Jameray-Duval, bibliothécaire de François Ier de Lorraine.
Large folio (32 x 46 cm), volume I, 358 plates; volume II, 315 plates; supplement, 98 plates. Leather binding with a spine featuring seven raised bands and gilt tooling on the edges and headcaps, slightly damaged. Interior fairly fresh with only minor stains. A spectacular work for its time, with numerous high-quality copper engravings by Valentin Jameray-Duval, librarian to Francis I of Lorraine.
