Ce blanc est frappé sur un flan assez large et irrégulier. Les reliefs sont nets au niveau des types centraux mais apparaissent un peu plus faibles sur certaines parties des légendes

François Phébus is the son of Gaston de Foix and Madelaine, daughter of the King of France Charles VII. He died on January 30, 1483. His sister, Catherine, succeeded him but lost most of the Trans-Pyrenean Navarre.
