Commentary


Cette refrappe reprend le jeu de coins de la frappe en cuivre.
Refrappe bien que le jeton soit sans poinçon. Ce type de refrappe a été fait pour collectionneurs et pour pallier à l’impossibilité de trouver certains jetons, rarissimes voire inconnus en frappe originale. .
This re-strike uses the same die pattern as the copper strike. It is re-strikeable even though the token is unmarked. This type of re-strike was designed for collectors and to compensate for the impossibility of finding certain tokens, which are extremely rare or even unknown in their original strike.
