Essai filigrané sans nom du territoire mais avec lettre P répétée trois fois au recto et deux au verso. Perforé SPECIMEN verticalement à droite, et surchargé SPECIMEN N°0401 en oblique à gauche.
Watermarked test without the name of the territory but with the letter P repeated three times on the front and twice on the back. Perforated SPECIMEN vertically on the right, and overprinted SPECIMEN N°0401 obliquely on the left
