En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série de 1966 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Épreuve uniface en violet du recto sans filigrane. Titre de la signature de droite : Ministre du Trésor (sera changé en Le Ministre d'État par la suite). Une perforation. Annotations en marge.
In 1982, Luxembourg took over the 1966 series to prepare an emergency issue after the devaluation of the Belgian Franc; this series was ultimately not issued. Single-sided proof in purple on the front without watermark. Title of the right-hand signature: Minister of the Treasury (later changed to The Minister of State). One perforation. Marginal annotations
