Surcharge sur billet Banque de France non émis, perforé trois fois SPECIMEN. C'est la première fois que nous proposons ce spécimen. Les deux exemplaires (026 et 028) ont les mêmes perforations et étaient tous les deux fixés aux angles..
Overprint on unissued Banque de France note, perforated three times SPECIMEN. This is the first time we have offered this specimen. Both examples (026 and 028) have the same perforations and were both fixed at the corners.
