Avis de Crédit de la Banque de France, vierge, bureau de Charenton avec filigrane du Bayard. En octobre 1938, la Banque de France lance l'impression du billet de 3000 Francs sur papier filigrané destiné à l'impression d'Avis de crédit utilisé lors de la remise d'effets à l'encaissement. Le filigrane à l'effigie du Bayard est identique à celui qui figure sur le 20 Francs Bayard type 1916 (F.11)

Blank Bank of France Credit Advice, Charenton office, with Bayard watermark. In October 1938, the Bank of France began printing the 3000 Francs banknote on watermarked paper intended for printing Credit Advice used when depositing bills for collection. The Bayard watermark is identical to the one on the 20 Francs Bayard type 1916 (F.11). We have offered two other identical documents bearing the numbers 17558 and 17559.
