Petite monnaie sur un flan un peu court, mais frappe vigoureuse et centrée, surtout au droit. Revers un peu plus mou avec une patine granuleuse

Commentary

Ce type d’obole, attribué à l’Allemagne du Sud, figure de façon erronée dans le Nouvel Atlas tome III, sous la série de fractions en argent des peuples de l'ouest.
Au revers, cet exemplaire a une croisette au-dessus du cheval.
This type of obol, attributed to South Germany, appears erroneously in the New Atlas volume III, under the series of silver fractions of the peoples of the West. On the reverse, this example has a cross above the horse.
