Poinçon-marque de Tanfani Bertarelli au revers de la couronne de laurier émaillé vert.
Diamètre de la croix émaillé rouge : 43,5 mm, avec la bélière : 45,5 mm, avec la couronne : 61 mm.
Ruban rouge, bordé de jaune.
L'ordre de Saint-Grégoire-le-Grand est une distinction honorifique accordée par le Saint-Siège, à titre civil ou militaire. Fondé le 1er septembre 1831 par le pape Grégoire XVI en l'honneur du pape Grégoire Ier, il est modifié le 30 mai 1834. cf. Wikipedia.
