Obverse translation : “Dominus Noster Valens Pius Felix Augustus”, (Notre seigneur Valens pieux heureux auguste).

Reverse legend : GLORIA RO-MANORVM// SMHB.
Reverse description : Valens debout à droite, vêtu militairement, tenant le labarum chrismé de la main gauche et de la main droite les cheveux d'un captif agenouillé.
Reverse translation : “Gloria Romanorum”, (La gloire des Romains).

Poids lourd. Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Cabochon carré. Fibule d’attache ronde. Ptéryges fines sous le paludamentum.
