Médaille de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle, en état neuf, avec une agréable patine brune

Obverse description : Buste lauré de Marc Aurèle à droite, corne d’abondance double à l’exergue.
Obverse translation : Marcus Antoninus Augustus Tribunicia Potestate sextum vicesimum”, (MARC Antonin auguste revêtu de la vingt-sixième puissance tribunitienne).
Reverse
Reverse legend : IMP VI - COS III.
Reverse description : Victoria (la Victoire) drapée et ailée, debout à droite, inscrivant “VIC/ GER” sur un bouclier posé sur un palmier.
Reverse translation : “Imperator sextum Consul tertium”, (Revêtu de la sixième acclamation impériale consul pour la troisième fois).

Médaille avec une tranche lisse et sans nom de graveur.
La médaille reproduit un original de l’époque romaine dont nous avons vendu auparavant un exemplaire fortement similaire (brm_278787).
