Triens sur un flan relativement large, avec un droit mal frappé et écrasé (?) mais un joli revers bien centré sur un flan court avec des légendes rognées et hors flan

Commentary

Le droit de ce triens semble présenter une tête à gauche, mais aucune légende ne peut y être lue. Le nom du monétaire semble être indiqué au revers, mais la légende étant rognée et incomplète, il est difficile de le restituer.
A. Pol nous a signalé que ce triens était issu des mêmes coins de droit et de revers que le B. 6146, avec la légende de droit CORDAPAGO au droit et (...)BOBE(...) au revers. Ce dernier exemplaire a été trouvé en 1846 en Frise et a été publié dans la RN en 1859 (dessin de Barthélemy, n° 3424).
