La ruée vers l'or du Klondike (en anglais : Klondike Gold Rush), parfois appelée ruée vers l'or de l'Alaska et plus rarement ruée vers l'or du Yukon est une ruée vers l'or qui attira environ 100 000 prospecteurs dans la région du Klondike dans le territoire canadien du Yukon entre 1896 et 1899.
