Obverse description : Au centre, le blason de la ville de Saint-Germain-en-Laye représentant un berceau au tissu fleurs de lys. Au-dessus du berceau, une fleur de lys. En dessous la date de naissance de Louis XIV : 5 7bre 1938. Une couronne de laurrier entoure l’écu. L’écu est surmonté d’une couronne aux quatre tours. Entre l’écu et le noeud de la couronne de laurrier, le nom du graveur : J. BORY..
