Commentary
L'exposition ouvra ses portes de novembre 1902 à janvier 1903. Voulue par Paul Doumer, elle devait glorifier sa politique des grands travaux et de modernisation de l'Indochine suivie pendant 4 années. Son concepteur ayant rejoint la France, l'exposition n'eut pas la gloire escomptée....
