Obverse description : Blason de la ville du Havre tourelé à gauche surmonté d’un soleil rayonnant, blason de Hongleur à droite dans sa version impériale, les abeilles remplaçant les lys, tourellé et surmonté d’un aigle, séparés par une ancre se terminant en caducée ; signé NORTIER PARIS et CL en majuscules manuscrites.
