Obverse description : Buste lauré, drapé et cuirassé à droite, vu de trois quarts en arrière (A*2).
Obverse translation : "Imperatori Traiano Augusto Germanico Dacico Pontifco Maximo, Tribuniciæ Potesta"te , (À l'empereur Trajan germanique dacique grand pontife revêtus de la puissance tribunitienne).


Reverse legend : COS. VI P. P. S. P. Q. R OPTIMO PRINC.
Reverse description : Hercule, nu debout à gauche, tenant une patère de la main droite , sacrifiant au-dessus d’un autel paré et allumé et la massue de la main gauche, la léonté enroulée autour du bras.
Reverse translation : "Consul Sextus Pater Patriæ Senatus Populusque Romanus Optimo Principi" (Consul pour la sixième fois, père de la patrie, au nom du Sénat et du Peuple romain au meilleur des princes).


Poids léger. A été monté anciennement. Ce type semble beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les ouvrages généraux.
